TubeHero Allows User to Pick Songs from Personal Music Library
Music is by far one of my favorite aspects about gaming. Rhythm music games are so much fun, feature great bands and combine challenging and intense gameplay for hours of fun. One thing great about TubeHero is its ability to read the user’s library and utilize those songs for gameplay. This was a huge selling point for me as I’m used to buying this type of app specifically for the songs it has on it, which are usually within my library anyway. Now, I can use this app to play the songs I already have. While TubeHero is free in the App Store, the free version of this app only allows one minute of gameplay of only four songs it randomly picks from the user’s library. The full version of the game is $1.99 and syncs up to a dozen or more at one time. This is available as an in-app purchase. However, the game’s library supports over 6,000 songs in the iTunes library. Most will know this game from its Facebook counterpart, which has over 500,000 users.
