Peggle Update Provides Great Opportunity to Revisit!

Thursday, June 9th, 2011

Peggle was one of the very first iPhone games I became addicted to, and I played through it several times on my iPhone 3G.  Although I purchased the Peggle Nights update when it was released, I never got around to playing it and I don’t think I’ve ever played it on my iPhone 4! This shows

iCloud not yet available for Verizon iPhone

Wednesday, June 8th, 2011

A little wait for Verizon iPhone customers yet again! A few days ago, Apple officially announced the beta release of its new iCloud cloud-storage service at the WWDC 2011 Keynote.  The iCloud will give almost instant access to your  music , apps, latest photos, and more. The iCloud service is free and has already launched in developer beta today. While the beta version of Apple’s new iCloud became available almost instantly, many iPhone owners were able to get hold of the iCloud on any iPad, iPod Touch, Mac, PC, and their iPhones with the latest version of Apple’s software. AT&T iPhone customers had got the latest version of the iPhone software in March along with three minor updates running on iOS version 4.3.3 now. However, Verizon iPhone customers have yet to get the latest version of the iPhone software- as they are still running on version 4.2.8. As of now, it is not clear why Verizon customers are left behind with this delay.  But for Verizon customers with the iPhone 4, you’ll have to wait at least for a while before getting a hold of the iCloud. The official Version of the iCloud, cloud-storage service will be releasing this fall.

Now,

Wednesday, June 8th, 2011

Hi, my name is Greg. “Hi Greg.” And I’m a film junkie (insert clapping sound). Good thing I’ve found another way to feed this addiction with FiLMiC Pro, an iPhone video app that allows you to select frame rates, resolutions and shooting modes. Ben the Bodyguard Makes iPhone Security Interesting!

Tuesday, June 7th, 2011

Here’s a great example of how to get people talking about your app, a difficult thing to do especially when it’s not a game or photo-sharing service but a security app.  The email introducing me to Ben the Bodyguard started with ’security with balls’ in big capital letters, and the promise of a story about
