It’s official, Skype will support video calling on iPad 2 very soon. According to CNET, a Skype iPad application will be released to the App Store on Tuesday, June 28. A video of Skype’s iPad app was first posted on Skype’s official channel and then removed. Thankfully RazorianFly has the original video and it can be seen on their YouTube channel . CNET got a chance to try out video calling on the Skype for iPad app, and has posted a hands on gallery of it. Skype for iPad will work on both iPad 1 and iPad 2, however only iPad 2 users can broadcast video because of the front-facing camera.
