iPhone OS 3.1 Beta 2 Released
Just moments ago Apple made iPhone OS 3.1 Beta 2 available for download to developers in the iPhone Dev Center. This release includes downloads for the iPhone and iPod touch as well as an updated SDK. There’s no immediate word on what enhancements or changes this update includes but it’s good news to see that Apple has chosen to made their beta firmware available widely available to developers as opposed to how they did it during the life cycle of OS 2.0 where it was available to only a select few. If you’re a developer, head on over to the iPhone Dev Center and get your hands on a copy of the Beta 2. After installing it, let us know in the comments if you notice anything different, good or bad.
